How are the parcels sent via?
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail (untracked) for small order and tracked via hermes for larger orders.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
An email is sent to the email used to place theorder as soon as the order is dispatched.
Where can I find my tracking number?
There is a 'Contact Us' page where you can email your Full Name and the Order Number given on your order. We will then contact you with your tracking number. Alternatively, you can email email@example.com.
Can I return my item?
Item must be returned within 14 days at the customers expense. Unworn and unwashed. We will only accept perfect condition, in orginal packaging. We offer exchanges on products of teh same value or higher. If the product has been received faulty we will pay the return postage within 30 days for an exchange, as long as all the care instructions have been followed as given per garment.
What happens if I put the wrong address on my order?
It is responsilbilty of the customer to ensure their postal details are correct when ordering. We therefore cannot accept responsibly in this instance.
