Firstly, we would like to thank everybody for the support you have all shown it means the world to us!
Orders - The majority of our products are made to order which is why you can customise them to your style, howerver this means that are made on the weekends ready to be posted either Sunday or Monday. We do have some products that are ready to go so we maybe able to send these earlier but this can't be gaurnteed. This does mean that we say prep time is 3 - 7 days so if you do need this earlier please let us know and we will try our best.
Postage - Majority of orders are sent tracked with Evri except for any small orders which we can usually send with Royal mail. We do say 3 - 5 working days for postage as we cant gaurntee it will be next day (unless paid for). If it does take any longer please let us know.
